About me

My name is Sara Atikune. I have been involved in spiritual studies and development, meditation and energy work for over 20 years. My path has led me to many modalities and people on my healing journey. Each stepping stone, a healing tool and experience to be built upon. My history involves crisis counseling, social work, sum Faht meditation, teaching Hatha Yoga, and energy healing and alchemy (studied with Garz Chan).

I feel passionate about assisting people in delving into their energetic fields to release deeply rooted energies and subconscious beliefs, patterns, and emotions that have felt seemingly untouchable. I have known the frustration of awareness of troubling emotions and patterns, yet not able to shift them, no matter how much therapy, meditation, journaling or positive thinking I have tried. Although all these things are beneficial, sometimes we need another avenue to get to the root. Sometimes it takes a bit of help to enter these unseen realms and spark the release. You are the one to heal and release your emotions. I am here to assist.
